We go where the work happens.
Then we fix what's broken.

Every engagement. Canada and internationally.

We go onsite first

Warehouse floors, retail counters, government offices, app store reviews, we observe how your people actually work before we open Figma. Stakeholder interviews, field research, and mapping in the real environment.

Finding real friction

Heuristic evaluation against Nielsen’s principles. Journey mapping from AS-IS to TO-BE. UX benchmarking against your direct peers. We document what’s broken with evidence, not assumptions.

Testing and launch

High-fidelity prototypes in Figma. A/B testing of interface decisions. And where it matters most, Tobii eye tracking, because where people say they look and where they actually look are rarely the same thing.

What we learn, we build

The people who did the field research design the system and build it. No handoff to a separate dev team. No knowledge lost between phases. What we learned in week one is still in the product on launch day.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Cybensol took North La Casa into the modern age. Our old process was pen-and-paper bookings in a register; now customers can book their wash and detailing online in seconds. Add in a clean new website and strong local SEO, and the difference has been night and day. Great communication and real attention to detail. Five stars!

We onboarded Team Cybensol to create website of 100 Women Who Care Milton and our experience with them was amazing. We had multiple brainstorming sessions and they were well organized. Adil make the whole process very easy for us and the work quality was outstanding.
